What we do
Making disciples through works of compassion that empower sustainable, independent living.

We are a transition program for women and their children who are homeless.
We Rescue
We Provide Full-time Shelter
At Mercy House, we take in rescued mothers and their kids and provide them with a warm bed, a roof over their heads, and security.
We Provide Basic Needs
Our team looks after all of our women and kids, ensuring sure they are nourished, clothed, and for our kids, educated.
We Counsel & Care
We place a high premium on the emotional and mental well-being of our women and children. Through the entire program, all of the women and children receive counselling and care.
We Teach Life Skills
Life skills training is essential as we want to see our women and children reintegrated into society.
We Job Train
By the time our program is complete, we help our women obtain their high school diplomas, practical marketable skills, and job placement opportunities.
What we care for

Spiritual Well being
As we equip our women for life and independent living, we also share the gospel with them and teach them about a savior, Jesus Christ, who sees them, knows them, and wants to take care of them.
The Dignity & Safety of Women
Being homeless denies women the chance to participate in society with dignity and increases their vulnerability to violence in a culture where women are still undervalued.
Mercy House wants to protect these women and their children while restoring their dignity.
